Oatmeal Seed Cookies

SO, I tried to make bliss balls/energy bites and I failed. That shit was not going to stick together. Instead of accepting total defeat I turned the oven on to 350 and watched these until they looked cookie-ish. Great success (must say like Borat).

You can make these in one bowl and easily switch up ingredients as long as you have the same ratio of wet to dry. You can also place this “batter” in one giant clump and then break it up after it cools for a granola/bark situation. Yum.

Ingredients:
1 C oats
1/2 C maple syrup
1/2 C peanut / almond butter (natural and creamy)
1/2 C hemp hearts
1/4 C sunflower seeds
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Dash of pink salt
Optional but recommended:
2 TBS flaxseed meal
1 TBS chia seeds
Collagen
Chocolate glaze: handful of chocolate chips + 1 TBS coconut oil melted.

Directions:
Mix everything in a bowl. Use a spoon to form a cookie on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 350. Let cool.
