The Milk That's Always In My Fridge

I used to be all “like I have time to make nut milk!” and now I cant drink my coffee without it. It’s creamy, frothy, and adds a natural, minimal sweetness. Use for a french toast egg wash, bircher, or cozy stovetop oats - this is all you need in life.

Ingredients:

1 C raw cashews (soaked overnight is optional)

4 C water

2 pitted medjool dates

cinnamon

Directions:

In a blender (I have a Vitamix), add all ingredients and blend on high for roughly 30 seconds. Strain (optional - I use an Ellie’s Best bag found on my favorites page). Store in airtight jar for up to 4 days ( I like the Weck 1 L Juice Jars). Shake before use!
